sqlite db file on MRI is put in db dir. We put it in CWD.

If you run a migration or do anything which creates the initial sqlite3 db file
it ends up constructing it in the CWD instead of the db directory (as MRI seems
to do). Not sure if this is actually a JRuby issue (we have issues with CWD at
times) or the adapter itself.
