Current github head breaks when doing a Dir.glob on a jar. Some
Monkeybars code that used to work now fails because it can no longer
munge $:. Dir.glob finds class files, but never reports any directories.
I tried Logan's spec code from here:

and I'm getting 2 failures out of 4 examples.
So it seems something has reverted.
