I will be happy to see things moving on. I added I rails demo with a
single scaffolded resource. it works already a little: you can see the
index page and with the new page I see some ObjectSpace error popping
up. but at least the setup works. reloading in rails does not work
too: "java class already defined or something" same I see with a lot
of specs (the spec copied from datamapper itself). transaction I
removed from the rails application (guess just a habit to have them).
I also updated the todo list in the README file.
