rails3: running jrake or jruby -S rake just gives error

Installed a clean rails3 app using:
$ jruby -S rails new myapp -m http://jruby.org/rails3.rb
Added a few models and migrated the database.
Then I ran my tests:
$ jruby -S rake
I got the exact same error message as:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-4898.
Upgraded to 1.5.6 and the issue was no more.
Still wana leave this report here thu, for anyone else that experiences the
same problem.
