maven gem support not working on windows?

This is actually with master, but it is the same error with RC0:

./bin/jruby.exe -S gem install quartz:quartz
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::ENOENT)
No such file or directory -
C:/Users/enebo/gemify8523193666805369877/quartz.quartz-1.0.0-java.gemspec
{noformat}
It also leaves these directories around when it fails...Not exactly sure what
is ENOENT since the directory and gemspec file are actually there...
