Racob Java exceptions not properly wrapped in Ruby exceptions

The "org.racob.com.ComFailException" is thrown out to Ruby-land. This does not
properly mirror the correct Ruby win32ole behavior. I can't get win32ole to
work right now on my Windows machine so I can't tell what the proper response
is, but this makes it very difficult to work with win32ole on JRuby since JRuby
must be special cased.
