It would be nice if the jruby installer, for windows, had an option to
associate jruby.exe and/or jrubyw.exe to some common file extensions. It is
unclear to me if there should be an option to register 1 extension for
jrubyw.exe and 1 for jruby.exe. You should be able to associate .rb at least.
Having an extension such as .jrb would also be desirable for the case where MRI
and jruby are both installed on a users computer.
