It would be great if the JRuby installer for Windows provided a means to :
* uninstall old versions of JRuby
* migrate or copy gems installed in a previous installation
I'm essentially looking for "rvm upgrade jruby-1.6.4 jruby-1.6.5" but for the
Windows installer.
