Option is good! I'm renaming Properties -> Options and Property ->
Option. That should help make it clear that this is metadata, not
loaded config values.
I'm probably going to push this tonight too. Hopefully nobody has
other concerns about it. I think it's a good step toward cleaning up
how we load and document property-based configs.
