jruby-complete-1.6.5.jar!/META-INF/jruby.home/bin/rake is missing
jruby-complete-1.6.5.jar!/META-INF/jruby.home/bin/rake.bat exists
the rake gem is included in the jar.
older versions of jruby have both files. the releases notes did not mention
something about bin/rake being removed.
