This is basically the same that 'openssl crl2pkcs7' http://www.openssl.org/docs/apps/crl2pkcs7.html does. Both the jruby-ossl gem and jruby-1.7 are affected. The commit containing the implementation and test has been made in a fork of the jruby-ossl repo: https://github.com/equinux/jruby-ossl/commit/426213db2cb1b9985a5a069bbe39bf1ae385b16a.
