given this code:

MRI just outputs the backtrace and exits (like exit!()), jruby outputs the backtrace, then exits (like exit(1)). I guess the MRI way is preferred? (It does provide for more concise outputs, since with MRI's way you don't have any extra "noise" after the offending backtrace in question, FWIW.
