Break-up the monolithic JSPWiki javascript routines in a set of smaller
components, to ease the maintainability and extendability.
JS Merging (and minification) is now support via JSPWIKI-761, introducing WRO4J.
Some refactoring of the js is also needed to align with the latest mootools
versions:
