I know it's rather dumb, but we may not have enough permissions to create 
directories under /tmp on ubuntu5? (wouldn't be the first time I run onto this).

jspwiki.workDir points inside target/test-classes, but for those tests is 
overwritten to {{System.getProperty( "java.io.tmpdir" ) + File.separator + 
Release.APPNAME}}. I'm making a small commit to see if that's the case
