Txs for taking time to test printing functionalities ! (
I will make a update in a next commit, removing the URL from links, to make
printed copies more useful.
So far I did limited testing for PRINTING.
I know of a number of limitations on printing (eg. how to print %%tabs or
%%accordion blocks, Table Of Contents printing could be improved etc.)
It would be nice to see a more complete testing done on printing and
recommendation on the expected behaviour.
