About the upcoming 2.10.2 release

- on Translations:
Because of the developments on the Haddock Template I added here and
there new
I18N resources, avoiding to change existing items used by the default
template.
So far, those new items still need translations.

- The Haddock template is "functionally" complete, in the sense that all
JSPs
  have been converted.
  - Testing on Safari,Chrome and FF is pretty ok.
  - IE testing looks reasonably ok, but the Icon-Fonts are still broken.
(working on that)

I'm still pushing a few fixes and improvements reported by Dave and Harry
(thx for testing!) but overall the template seems pretty stable.

Next up is to add more "responsive" styling for better coverage of other
devices (phones, tablets), but IMO that should not hold this release.

- WYSIWYG
Recently I have been integrating some wysiwyg editors (CKeditor, TinyMCE)
in the Haddock and the default template.
Because of licensing, these are not shipped out-of-the-box with JSPWiki
and need to be installed by the user/admin separately.

However, I'am about to add a simple wysiwyg editor tailored to JSPWiki,
based on a
small open-source editor with an MIT license. (i.e. mooeditable)
This is a long open feature request, and I believe it is important to add
to JSPWiki.

As this is very new (hope to commit it in the coming days)
I'd prefer to give this still a few weeks of "hardening" by the
DEV team before the upcoming release ; or go with it anyway
  as an experimental item.
