I think tis bug can be fixed by replacing
{code:java}
<div class="container${prefs.Layout=='fixed' ? '' : '-fluid' }
${prefs.Orientation} fixed-header">{code}
in ViewTemplate.jsp by
{code:java}
<div class="container${prefs.Layout=='fluid' ? '-fluid' : ''}
${prefs.Orientation}"{code}
(I took this from EditTemplate.jsp)
