Builds and runs tests perfectly on ubuntu 19.04 with openjdk 11.0.3 (64
bit). Deployed and ran Install.jsp OK.
I have more to do before deployment, but at this stage and considering
the short cut-off time, it appears to be a suitable replacement for M3.
