Michael Gardner created JSPWIKI-1123:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Ability to create or modify historical Change Notes
                 Key: JSPWIKI-1123
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-1123
             Project: JSPWiki
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.11.0-M5
            Reporter: Michael Gardner

Just as most source code control systems allow one to modify a commit message,
we would like that same ability to modify a Change Note after a JSPWiki page
has been modified.  JSPWiki has not had a required Change Note feature, so we
have a lot of change history without Change Notes that we would like to
selectively address.  But even with a required feature, no doubt some users
will still supply insufficient Change Notes that we'd like to address
after-the-fact.

I would think this should be done on the Info page's History tab, possibly
through an "Edit" button per history item, or something like a pencil icon.
