add new static methods to build {{TestEngine}} instances, which do not throw 
checked Exceptions and thus allows instances to be built as member of test 
classes, instead of rebuilding for every test, saving some time in the process.

{{TestEngine}} will generate separate page, attachment and work directories, in 
order to allow each instance to work with a clean file installation.
