is there an API somewhere where i can get to the Engine or Context object via a
static accessor or singleton pattern? looking at where the problem is, it'll
require (i think) a number of api changes to either get engine or context
access over to the ImageDecorator class.
actually, is this even the right pattern? not too sure how to store/attach a
file to a wiki page yet
