Fix Version/s: 3.0.0
Resolution: Fixed
resolution is as follows
* if the path is defined and it does not exist, it will attempt to mkdirs the
specified path. if that fails it will log an error
* altered all configuration files to have a note stating that the path is
relative to the webapps directory of the web container we're running in.
Token replacement was not implemented in this ticket
