Commit 1dbcc5acd06af45bb75d3e5d33f867a759e9380f in jspwiki's branch
refs/heads/master from Arturo Bernal

JSPWIKI-638 Translate line breaks within text to a space in the HTML to wiki
translator
TextElementDecorator removed every line terminator, so "hello\nworld" became
"helloworld", whereas an HTML renderer shows it as "hello world". Line
terminators
in text with content now become a space, and WhitespaceTrimWriter collapses the
surplus. Whitespace-only nodes between elements still produce nothing.
The expected values of testBoldAndItalic in the wiki and markdown translator
tests
had the joined words fixed in them.

> I tried to append an html source using rpc to JSPWiki.
> a browser renders <html>hello\nworld</html> as "hello world"
> but HtmlStringToWikiTranslator creates a wiki text of helloworld without a
> blank.
> I suggest to change
> com.ecyrd.jspwiki.htmltowiki.XHtmlElementToWikiTranslator.print(Object)
> the line after // remove all "line terminator" characters
> replace with blank instead of empty string.
