JSPWIKI-1192 Render image attachments in Markdown pages

An image attachment was rendered with the attachment name as its src instead of 
the attachment URL, and Markdown image syntax was not resolved against 
attachments at all, so the browser could not load the image. Both now use the 
URL of the attachment, as the wiki syntax parser does.
