Arturo Bernal commented on JSPWIKI-922:
---------------------------------------

Measured on a running instance (Tomcat 10.1, current master, HTTP/2 enabled)
with an attachment named Täst.txt. The download header was Content-Disposition:
inline; filename="T\xE4st.txt"; that is one raw 0xE4 byte, which is not valid
UTF-8, over HTTP/1.1 and over HTTP/2. curl downloaded the file with status 200
in both cases, so I could not reproduce the network error. I did not test
Firefox or HTTP/2 over TLS, and I created the attachment on disk, not with the
upload form.

Pull request 571 (https://github.com/apache/jspwiki/pull/571) writes the name
as filename="T_st.txt"; filename\*=UTF-8''T%C3%A4st.txt; (RFC 6266, RFC 8187).
Ulf, if you can try the build of that pull request in Firefox, it would show
whether the error you saw goes away.
