UDDI version 2 client APIs and server implementations are now added on the
trunk along with a mapper for v2 to v3 and v3 to v2. As far as I can tell they
work, however we have no test cases. Perhaps we should split this task up save
label the v2 endpoints as beta/prototypes or disable them for the 3.2 release,
then enable them in the future once we have tests
