I think we can provide the settings via command line, however the syntax is a
bit strange.
If you bring up the web user interface, there's a setting page. There should be
examples there. basically every xml element is converted to a property.
uddi.client.nodes[0].properties.property[0].name="myhostname"
uddi.client.nodes[0].properties.property[0].value="www.apache.org"
is that the syntax you used?
