Would be nice if there were an option for kafka.admin.ListTopicCommand that
would filter results by broker (either ID of hostname). Could be helpful in
troubleshooting some cases of broker problems (e.g. look at the topic/partition
ownership information for a particular broker, maybe for underreplication,
maybe to see what the impact is for messing with a particular broker).
