Here is the modifications:
1. in function changeFileSuffixes(), close the log file and index file before 
rename.
2. in the close() function of offsetIndex, call forceUnmap() to forcefully free 
the MappedByteBuffer.
3. in the forceUnmap() function, before call the cleaner() fucntion, make sure 
that the cleaner is not null.
