When using `bin/kafka-consumer-groups.sh --describe --state --all-groups`, we
print output like the following:

GROUP COORDINATOR (ID)
ASSIGNMENT-STRATEGY STATE #MEMBERS
group1 localhost:9092 (3) range Stable 1
GROUP COORDINATOR (ID)
ASSIGNMENT-STRATEGY STATE #MEMBERS
group2 localhost:9092 (3) range Stable 1
{code}
It would be nice if we did not show the header for every entry.
