We changed the log level of the entry `Failed to send SSL Close message` from
WARN to DEBUG, but we haven't yet fixed the underlying issue. At the moment, we
attempt to flush all outgoing data and close gracefully, but disconnect if we
can't do so immediately. Reopening the JIRA to track the underlying issue.
