In bumping the RocksDB dependency version from 5.18.3 to 5.18.4 on trunk, Kafka
Streams apps that require initializing RocksDB state stores fail on MacOS
10.13.6 with

dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: ____chkstk_darwin
