[[email protected]] and I were discussing if we should consider
REBALANCE_IN_PROGRESS and GROUP_AUTHORIZATION_FAILED as retryable errors in the
group handlers. I think that this could make sense, especially for
`REBALANCE_IN_PROGRESS`. `GROUP_AUTHORIZATION_FAILED` is more debatable as it
means that the handler would retry until the request timeout is reached. It
might be armful if the authorisation is really denied.
