Hi, We are one of the rare using a local Kafka on Windows in Production and would like to test the new KIP-500. I tried to set the values as proposed in my server.properties as stated in this article (Prepare Clients and Tools for Apache Kafka's Zookeeper Removal (KIP-500) (confluent.io)<https://www.confluent.io/blog/how-to-prepare-for-kip-500-kafka-zookeeper-removal-guide/>) but get the error about missing mandatory zookeeper.connect value. I noticed there is some missing batch files in the bin\windows folder of 3.0 and that is why I am wondering if it is even available to us.
