Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: The log dir
Log(dir=/local/kafka/alpha/data/kafkaalpha.test5-0, topic=kafkaalpha.test5,
partition=0, highWatermark=0, lastStableOffset=0, logStartOffset=0,
logEndOffset=10) does not have a topic ID, which is not allowed when running in
KRaft mode.
The above issue is seen with topics created in v2.8 when migrated to use KRAFT
mode with v3.1
