To support customizing the isolation level of Interactive Queries, we need to
add a new config {{{}default.interactive.query.isolation.level{}}}, and add the
{{readOnly}} method to the {{ReadOnly*Store}} interfaces.
We will also need to update the IQv2 API with the machinery to specify a custom
{{IsolationLevel}} in queries, and add all the necessary wrapper
implementations.
