Our kafka.py (E2E tests) has its own way to stop the server, and so it seems
kafka-server-stop.sh is tested by our users, who are in charge of maintaining
the Kafka service. We should make them as safe as possible, so probably an
individual E2E for kafka-server-stop.sh would be a good thing.
