It uses the wrong variable name, so it won't generate thread dump even though
the timeout does happen. The {{GRADLE_TEST_EXIT_CODE}} has the same issue.
BTW, the name "junit-thread-dumps-${\{ env.job-variation }}" references a
nonexistent variable. It should be fixed as well.
