The current patch submission process involves using the kafka-patch-review.py
python script which expects a jira.ini file to contain the user's username and
password for JIRA authentication. I'm one of those who doesn't like storing
passwords in files :) It would be good to (optionally) allow the
username/password to be prompted by the patch submission script.
I've a patch which I can submit for this enhancement.
