Currently, if consumer offsets exists in Kafka, then offset checker assume that
is the latest offsets and skip checking zookeeper. It should print the offsets
in both place.
When offset checker checks the offsets for not existing consumer group. It
throws exception complaining about zk path does not exist. It should response
with offset N/A.
