Replace FetchRequest / FetchResponse with their
org.apache.kafka.common.requests equivalents.
Note that they can't be completely removed until we deprecate the
SimpleConsumer API (and it will require very careful patchwork for the places
where core modules actually use the SimpleConsumer API).
