Ok, so it sounds like we might just need to figure out what *isn't* enabled
yet. The dev mailing list might help with that, but I'm guessing a JIRA ticket
with the infrastructure team is the fastest route to getting this resolved. Not
sure who needs to file it though, might require a committer or PMC member.
