The KAFKA-2294 patch allows java 8 builds to compile error (not warning) free
for later versions of scala (>=2.10.4) without disabling doclint.
Should this issue be closed or should the coding guide
(http://kafka.apache.org/coding-guide.html) be updated with regard to javadoc
comments?
