Fix For: 0.8.3
Add a REST API for Copycat. At a minimum, for a single worker this should
support:
* add/remove connector
* connector status
* task status
* worker status
In distributed mode this should handle forwarding if necessary, but it may make
sense to defer the distributed support for a later JIRA.
This will require the addition of new dependencies to support implementing the
REST API.
