I think that's less clear. There are pros and cons, but the biggest
disadvantage is that one may use Scala 2.11 features or APIs by mistake. This
will be flagged during `testAll`, but it will delay the feedback loop for
people who use `test` during local development. On the other hand, if things
work with 2.10, they should work with 2.11 as long as deprecated APIs are not
used.
Is there some particular benefit you were looking to gain from changing the
default Scala version in the build.
