Created a new section in the docs for the security stuff and added the content
from [~harsha_ch]'s wiki.
I left out the "how to install Kerbros" section and instead added links to
popular Linux distributions, in the hope that this will reduce the number of
"how do I install Kerberos" questions on the Kafka mailing lists.
