Description:
With a secured kafka cluster we want to be able have certain users create
topics and set the acls at the same time. We have a use case where topics
will be dynamically created and we don't know the names ahead of time so it
would be really nice to create the topic and set the acls at the same time. We
want to be able to do this programmatically.
Ideally it would be nice to have a way to set the acls with the auto create
topics enabled also but that might be a separate jira.
