Are we sill thinking of applying something like this after the 0.9.0 branch is
cut? (to avoid massive merges)
I have a sample patch (from my own personal build) I could submit to start the
discussion on what rules:
* Should error and break the build
* We want to error break the build but haven't fully migrated (so we warn for
now)
* Should warn and not break the build
* Should be ingnored
