Changes to vagrant provisioning for kafka system tests updated the default path
from "kafka" to "kafka-trunk" on the vagrant virtual machines.
We neglected to update the corresponding path in vagrant/broker.sh and
vagrant/zk.sh. Therefore provisioning a static kafka cluster with Vagrant
currently fails.
The fix here is just to update the corresponding path in vagrant/broker.sh and
vagrant/zk.sh
