HOTFIX: fix streams issues
* RocksDBStore.putInternal should by pass logging.
* StoreChangeLogger should not call context.recordCollector() when nothing
to log
* This is for standby tasks. In standby task, recordCollector() throws an
exception. There should be nothing to log anyway.
* fixed ConcurrentModificationException in StreamThread
